QMULBC runs various on and off the water sessions.

Our water sessions usually fall on Wednesday afternoons and we run a double session on Saturday mornings.

Senior rowers are invited to participate in the Strength & Conditioning program run at QMotion on the Mile End Campus.

For beginners, we operate a Learn 2 Row scheme via London Youth Rowing. When you sign up with us at Freshers Fair, you will be invited to a meeting where you will be required to sign up for a weekly slot (Wednesday afternoon). Professionals from London Youth Rowing will teach you the basics and you will participate in the 6-8 week program. Information about the Learn 2 Row course can be found here. Freshers will also be invited to participate in club sessions on Saturday where they will go out onto the water in crew boats with seniors.
